Wednesday 10th January:   Under 5s Cooking
We believe it is never to early to start learning to cook. In these sessions children with parents will put together recipes  including snacks. A fun messy activity for the children which will hopefully start a love of cooking. There will also be a space to play with a selection of toys.    Duration:  10am-12pm   Cost:  £12.50 per session or £45 for four

Monday 29th January:   Chocolate
A fun evening of using everyone's favourite ingredient. Puddings, sweets, decorations and lots of tasting. Create something sweet for your sweetheart for Valentine's day.    Duration:  6pm-9.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
February
Saturday 3rd February:   Tapas Demonstration evening
Sit back and relax with a glass of wine whilst watching how to put together some delicious Tapas recipes you can use to entertain friends and family.
There will be of course plenty of time for tasting.

Saturday 24th February:   Breads and pastry
Bread making is very therapeutic, a great way to de-stress. The smell and taste of freshly cooked bread is one of life's pleasures. Come and knead the bread and roll the pastries. Taste the results and take some home for the family to try.    Duration:  10am-1.30pm   Cost:  £40 or two for £70
March
Monday 5th March:   Vegetarian Dishes
Can't think what to do for those vegetarian's coming to supper. Learn and taste some delicious colourful vegetarian dishes that even ardent meat eaters will like.     Duration:  6pm-9.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
Saturday 10th March:   Fish Cookery
Eating oily fish is now recognised as good for our health especially our brains. In this workshop we will prepare different type of fish and use them in various recipes. Something for all the family.    Duration:  10am-1.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
April
Thursday 19th April:   Indian inspired dishes
Experiment with a variety of spices to create delicious dishes with an Indian flavour. Learn how to make your own curry paste from scratch and how to add Indian flavours to everyday cooking.    Duration:  10am-1.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
Saturday 28th April:   Canapés and Finger Food
Bite sized delights that taste great and look wonderful. Ideal food for pack lunches, picnics, parties and bring and share meals.    Duration:  10am-1.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
May
Tuesday 15th May:   Gluten and Dairy free
More and more people are avoiding gluten. This is a hands on course to learn how to make bread, pastry and other flour based dishes gluten free. The dishes will also be dairy free. Any other dietary requirements can be catered for so please do let us know.    Duration:  6pm-9.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
Saturday 26th May:   Italian cookery
On this course we make pasta, pizza amongst some of the recipes. Using Basil and Oregano and other very Italian ingredients than can make us feel we might almost be in Italy.    Duration:  10am-1.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
Monday 28th May:   Cholesterol and Diet
It is now accepted that what we eat has a huge impact on our health. Cholesterol levels have been for years thought to be linked to fat in our diet. However the low fat diet is not seeing a decrease in heart disease and cholesterol so what is going wrong. In this session we talk about how to use different fats and other foods to lower cholesterol levels. There will also be a demonstration of recipes using the foods mentioned in the talk.    Duration:  6pm-8pm   Cost:  £25 per person
June
Monday 4th June:   Moroccan Evening
Cook warming dishes using subtle Moroccan spice blends. Colourful dishes to share and suitable for dinner parties, buffets or family meals    Duration:  6pm-9.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
