Friday 25th January:   Under 5s Cooking
We believe it is never to early to start learning to cook. In these sessions children with parents will put together recipes  including snacks. A fun messy activity for the children which will hopefully start a love of cooking. There will also be a space to play with a selection of toys and a story to finish with. The children will cook three different recipes and this is very much hands on with weighing, chopping and mixing. All diets catered for.
Siblings come for £10
    Duration:  10am-12pm   Cost:  £12.50 per session or £45 for four sessions
Wednesday 30th January:   After School Club (session 2)
A two hour cookery class for children to teach them good foundation skills that will last a lifetime. A certificate will be awarded at the end of the course. This can be also used for the skills section of the Bronze D of E.
This term we are looking at recipes from a different country each week

February

Tuesday 12th February:   Vegan
Can food really taste great without cheese, eggs, meat or fish? Yes it can and we will show you how with various recipes for you to make and taste. Interesting dishes that one could use for family suppers, dinner parties or any other get together. This will be mainly demonstration.    Duration:  6pm-8pm   Cost:  £25 per person

Tuesday 19th February:   Half Term Children's Cooking
Half term cooking for children. The children will cook both savoury and sweet recipes. They will all sit down at the end to taste what they have cooked all together. This is a very popular course so please book early.
Under aged 8 must be accompanied by an adult. 
    Duration:  1pm-4.30pm   Cost:  £17.50 per child

Saturday 16th March:   Thai Cookery
Learn how to make a selection of Thai dishes including a curry and Pad Thai. Fresh Thai ingredients are more widely available now making it easier to produce delicious tasting dishes from scratch in ones own home. You will go home with all the recipes to make a lovely Thai meal for friends and family.    Duration:  10am-1.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80

The Pop Up has become a popular event. A perfect way to give your Mother a treat. Three course meal with a small canape and sweet with coffee. We suit the menu to you so please do tell us of any dietary needs. Please feel free to bring along alcohol if you would like. We are limited for numbers so booking early is a good idea.

This is a cookery session for younger children to make delicious fun things with an Easter theme. It is on a Saturday so those who have started school can come and join us. Siblings of all ages are welcome to join in at £10.
Please book your place a soon as you can as this class gets very busy.

Thursday 25th April:   Picnic and finger food
Come and learn some new ideas for small eats either for parties, American suppers, picnics or maybe a buffet style meal for the family. You will cook everything, taste everything and take the recipes home.

May
Monday 20th May:   Indian inspired dishes
Experiment with a variety of spices to create delicious dishes with an Indian flavour. Learn how to make your own curry paste from scratch and how to add Indian flavours to everyday cooking.    Duration:  6pm-9.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
June
Saturday 15th June:   Bread and pastry
Bread making is very therapeutic, a great way to de-stress. The smell and taste of freshly cooked bread is one of life's pleasures. Come and knead the bread and roll the pastries. Taste the results and take some home for the family to try.    Duration:  10am-1.30pm   Cost:  £45 or two for £80
